A shooting recently in Lincoln County near Prague resulted in the death of a 35-year-old man, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has reported.

The OSBI this week identified the deceased as Joshua Seaton.

OSBI agents reported that the Lincoln County Sheriff’s office and Sac and Fox Nation Tribal Police responded to 335932 Oak Springs Dr., just outside Prague city limits a little after midnight on Thursday morning, Sep. 29.

As they arrived, they reportedly found a man, later identified as Seaton, dead from a gunshot wound and requested the OSBI.

The subject immediately called 911 as did another witness, agents said.
